Our organisational theory of change (TOC) illustrates how we work on the systemic challenges in the apparel industry. It shows the impact we aim for and how we believe we can catalyse positive, lasting change. Our theory of change is the backbone of everything we do, guiding our partnerships. Our theories of change are also core to achieving and measuring results.
We apply this approach to each one of our signature programmes and each has its own TOC.
